ORDER SHIPPING
In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours. If there's a delay of more than one week, we'll notify you by email. Please check your spam folder for updates.
Orders to the continental USA and Canada are shipped via USPS. Please provide a complete street address, zip code, and contact telephone number for delivery.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Ground delivery usually takes up to 7-10 business days.
For orders to the UK, items are shipped via Royal Mail or other suitable carriers. Please provide a complete street address, postal code, and contact telephone number for delivery. Shipping within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days.

MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
There is no minimum order requirement.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order is filled incorrectly, please contact us within 36 hours of receiving it. If the error is our fault, we'll send you the correct item at no extra shipping cost. We'll arrange for the incorrect items to be returned to us without any return freight charges. You'll only be charged for the correct part's purchase price. It's recommended to use a trackable or insured method for returning items to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Standard products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item purchase price.
- International orders are non-returnable, and all sales are final.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Please use a prepaid and trackable or insured method for returns.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item.
- Retain the original packaging material if undamaged for your return.
- Include a copy of your online sales receipt or packing list inside your return package.
- Repackage items securely in a shipping carton and prominently write the RMA number on the outside.
- Damaged exterior packaging will not be accepted.
- Any unapproved returns without an RMA number will be refused.

- Our products are available for international shipping.
- Orders are considered international when the shipment is sent outside the USA, Canada, or the UK, or when the billing address for the credit card used is outside these areas.
- Shipping costs are calculated by our website system.
- Final shipping arrangements and costs may differ and will be confirmed with you. If our website doesn't process an international order for you, please contact us using the alternate methods provided.

- International orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

- You'll be notified of the final shipping cost before processing your order. Additional charges or refunds may apply.
- We'll only ship internationally with your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges.
- UPS' Worldwide international services are used for international shipments. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees.
- Orders are shipped only when all items are in stock to avoid a second shipping charge.
- All duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

- Orders with a total value (including shipping) less than US$200 may be paid by credit card.
- Orders with a total value (including shipping) exceeding US$200 are required to pay via TTF/wire transfer before shipment.
POST ORDER PAYMENT AND CHARGES
- If customs, duties, taxes, and broker fees are billed to Trust the Gut Feeling Ltd. by the shipping company, we may bill you and charge your credit card on file without prior notice or authorization.
